The planning checklist is built to be private.
What we never ask for
Your name, phone number, email, property address, or any financial documents.
Your readout
Your readout is calculated in your own browser. Printing or saving it as a PDF happens on your device.
Anonymous answers (optional, currently off)
Right now the checklist does not save anything: your answers stay in your browser and are gone when you close the page. If we turn on optional saving later, you will see an unticked box before your readout; nothing is saved unless you tick it. If you tick it, we store only your multiple-choice answers, the date, and which video link brought you here (for example "og_pilot1"). Nothing we store includes your name or contact details, and we do not link answers to you. Cloudflare, our host, processes your IP address to deliver the site and run its bot check; we do not keep it.
Our commitment
Your answers are never sold, and never shared with buyers, brokers, investors, or any other company. They are used only by the Owner's Ground team to improve the checklist and plan videos, and they are stored in an account used only for Owner's Ground. If this ever changes, we will update this page before collecting any answers under the new terms.
Deletion
Stored answers are not linked to you, so we cannot pick out yours. We delete stored answers at least once every 24 months. If you have a privacy question, email ownersground@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
A free bot check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) may run when you submit, to keep out spam. The site is hosted on Cloudflare.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
